Text and Image charges per month - The number of charges to images or text that UIS will carry out per month.
New Pages per year - The number of new pages that UIS will add to the supported site per year.
SEO (hrs per quarter) - UIS will carry out the stated number of hours search engine optimisation per quarter, key words and search phrases will be established at the beginning of each quarter.
SQL Management (hrs per quarter) - If you are running an SQL database then you can specific tasks up to the stated number of number of hours that UIS should carry out, these tasks can be specified at any point during the quarter. Hours cannot be carried over from quarter to quarter.
E-mail Support - You will be able to E-mail your support tasks to UIS and also E-mail us for advice on your website.
Phone Support - You can phone us with support tasks and also for advice on your website.
E Newsletters ( per year ) - If you have a customer mailing list then we will put together and mail out the specified number of e-news letters per year Please note if you have an customer mailing list then it must meet our anti-spam policy.
Turn around Time - The amount of time in which we aim to complete changes to text and images on your site. For example if a customer is on the Gold support package and sends an update request on a Monday morning then the customer should expect the request to be complete by the Wednesday morning. Weekends are not included in the turn around time.
Pay Monthly - For some packages UIS provide the option of paying monthly
Pay Quarterly - All packages have the option of paying quarterly.
Pay Quarterly % Discount - For some packages we offer a discount for paying quarterly. The price advertised includes the discount.
Pay Annually - All packages have the option of paying annually.
Pay Annually % Discount - For some packages we offer a discount for paying annually. The price advertised includes the discount.
Additional Work costs - The rates that the additional work will be charged at. Additional work is any work not covered by your support contract. We will inform you in advance of any additional charges that may be incurred for work requested in addition to your support contract.
- Inclusive hours - Work performed within office hours, these are Monday to Friday 0800 - 1730. Excluding public holidays.
- Out of hours - Work requested or performed outside of office hours.
- Minimum chargeable hrs- If you request work that is outside of your contract then the minimum period you will be billed for is stated here.
